Directions to Tillotson & Martin Newport News Law Office

From Richmond (traveling on I-75)

• Take Exit 250A onto VA-105 W. This is also called Fort Eustis Blvd.
• Head toward Ft. Eustis for about a mile.
• After you cross over the lake you will take the second right hand turn.
• From your turn off of I-64 to this turn on the ramp to Warwick Blvd. is about 1 mile.
• Take that right hand turn onto the ramp leading to Warwick Blvd. (Rt. 60)
• Once on Warwick Blvd., drive 5.4 miles. We are located shortly after you pass a 7-11 and then a Rite Aid.
• Look for the Park Central single floor office buildings. Our office is in Building “2.” We are Suite A.

From Virginia Beach (traveling on I-64 West)

• Take I-64 West.
• At exit 256A, take the ramp right. The ramp will deposit you onto Oyster Point Road heading west.
• Keep on Oyster Point Road heading west. At about a mile and a half you will cross Jefferson Ave. There is a McDonald’s at this intersection.
• Another mile on Oyster Point Road will bring you to Warwick Blvd. You will see a CVS to your right.
• Turn right onto Warwick Blvd. and merge into the left lane.
• In about ¾ of a mile you will see a Pep Boys to your right. Get over into the left hand turn only lane.
• Make a left turn into the Park Central office complex. Our office is in Building “2.” We are in Suite A.

From Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel

• Once through the tunnel, continue west on I-64.
• Take the Oyster Point Road Exit 256A.
• Travel on Oyster Point Road past Jefferson Avenue.
• Turn right onto Warwick Boulevard / Route 60W.
• Continue past the traffic light at Menchville/Youngs Mill Road. (7-11 will be on the left.)
• You will see Pep Boys on your right.
• Look to your left for Central Park Offices Building just past the Colonial Animal Hospital.

From Monitor Merrimac Bridge-Tunnel

• Continue on 664 after the tunnel.
• Take Exit 1A Williamsburg/Richmond to the left to merge onto I-64.
• Take the Oyster Point Road Exit 256A.
• Travel on Oyster Point Road past Jefferson Avenue.
• Turn right onto Warwick Boulevard / Route 60W.
• Continue past the traffic light at Menchville/Youngs Mill Road. (7-11 will be on the left.)
• You will see Pep Boys on your right.
• Look to your left for Central Park Offices Building just past the Colonial Animal Hospital.

From Williamsburg

• Take Route 60 East toward Newport News. This becomes Warwick Boulevard.
• We are on the right of the road just past Colony Road in the Central Park Offices Building.

OR

• Take I-64 east to Exit 255A Jefferson Ave.
• Continue on Jefferson Ave. to Oyster Point Road.
• Turn right onto Oyster Point Road.
• Turn right onto Warwick Boulevard / Route 60W
• Continue past the traffic light at Menchville/Youngs Mill Road. (7-11 will be on the left.
• You will see Pep Boys on your right.
• Look to your left for Central Park Offices Building just past the Colonial Animal Hospital.
